Credentialing Analyst and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our provider network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and evaluate healthcare provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and educational backgrounds.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing records in databases such as CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS.
• Conduct primary source verifications and background checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and track expiration dates of licenses and certifications, ensuring timely renewals.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to streamline credentialing processes.
• Assist in audits and compliance reviews, preparing necessary reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in credentialing or a related healthcare compliance role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in credentialing software and databases.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
