Salary: 50k (Commission up to 200k)
Office Hours: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM

Job Summary:

ATU Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a basic understanding of logistics services. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing service information, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide information about ATU Logistics' services and pricing.
  • Process customer requests, bookings, and documentation.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic understanding of logistics services (preferred but not required).
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
