Position: Customer Sales Officer

Role Overview:
As a Customer Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and strengthening our presence in the packaging industry. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer support, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to accurately and confidently address customer needs.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
• Update and manage customer records and interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chat Support Agent or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the packaging industry.
• Strong understanding of packaging campaigns, particularly in the US, Canadian, or UK markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
