Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and account-related questions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Follow up with order fulfillment and communicate with logistics partners
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company guidelines and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
