Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our growing team at Unisoftwares. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and prior experience in customer success or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and provide timely, effective support
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer success, support, or sales
  • Familiarity with US TV cable and internet project is preferred
  • Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
