Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our growing team at Unisoftwares. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and prior experience in customer success or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely, effective support
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in customer success, support, or sales
- Familiarity with US TV cable and internet project is preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
