Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve account, transaction, and platform-related concerns with accuracy and empathy.
• Work collaboratively with technical and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Stay updated on product changes, promotions, and platform updates to assist users effectively.
• Record and manage customer interactions with clarity and consistency.
• Provide feedback to internal teams based on user insights and concerns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably within fintech, online gaming, or crypto.
• Fluency in English and any two of the following: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle high-volume support environments with professionalism and composure.
