Delivery Lead – Riyadh 🇸🇦

We’ve partnered with one of Riyadh’s fastest-growing e-commerce companies to help them hire their very first Delivery Lead .

After scaling rapidly over the last few years, they’re now launching a new B2B and white-label product - and we recently helped them bring in a world-class CTO to lead it. Now, it’s time to build out the delivery function . 🔧

This role reports directly to the CTO and will work across multiple product teams . Your job? To lay the foundations for delivery - setting up the structure, cadence, and governance from scratch.

You’ll be hands-on , helping teams deliver at pace, with the right processes and oversight in place.

🎯 What They’re Looking For

• Experience setting up delivery functions across tech or product teams
• Background in Agile and Scrum , with a strong grasp of delivery ceremonies and workflows
• Experience working across multiple product teams in parallel
• Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or fast-paced tech companies
• Client-side experience (i.e. working within the company that owns the product/service)
