Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 (Maximum)
Job Summary
Agile HR Consulting is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Deputy Manager – Learning & Organizational Development (OD) for a reputable manufacturing client. This role will focus on developing and executing learning strategies, leading organizational development interventions, and enhancing employee performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct training needs assessments and deliver competency-based training programs
- Lead performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives
- Design and execute organizational development (OD) frameworks and change initiatives
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with department heads for leadership and skill development
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in L&D and OD roles within a structured organization
- Demonstrated experience in training design, delivery, and OD strategy
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive initiatives independently

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
