Job Description:

We are currently looking for Designers for our project in Tabuk, KSA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver several successful solutions and high-quality work for the program on time.

  • Learn new skills and stay abreast of technical and design developments and successfully apply these to work practices to help improve processes and procedures.

  • Participate in evaluation and technical assessments of the tenders.

  • Ideate and co-design with peers and clients in a positive and collaborative manner.

  • Present creative work to both internal and client stakeholders and be the creative go-to person.

  • Own and manage projects with some oversight from program lead, remaining accountable for the delivery of creative output that meets standards for excellence.

  • Share your knowledge with teams and mentor mid/junior designers.

  • Stay up to date with the latest design and technology trends.

  • High level client & team satisfaction.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the design and analysis of large, complex projects, preferably including key assets such as museums, theatres, concert halls and arenas.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Established record of working with design consultancy would be suitable.

  • Proficient in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges and find innovative solutions.

  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines and budgets.

  • Knowledge of construction practices and project management principles, preferably within an international context.

  • Passion for sustainable design and a strong interest in contributing to the ambitious vision of NEOM The Line.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a renowned university.

  • Professional license/membership (preferred).
