Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled DHA Registered Nurse to join our Doctor On Time HomeCare team. In this essential role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their health and well-being through personalized care approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care to patients at home, which includes assessing their health conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments as per care plans
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify patient needs and develop appropriate care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication adherence, and disease prevention strategies
• Monitor patients' progress and report any changes in their health status to the healthcare team
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
• Document all care activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to support their understanding of care processes and decisions
  
  
  

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
