Job Title: Digital Designer – Cosmetics and Beauty

A leading company in the beauty and cosmetics industry is seeking a Digital Designer/Email Developer for a long-term, 6-month contract role, with potential for extension. This is an onsite position, with flexibility for hybrid work (required onsite presence 6 times per month).

Open to candidates with less than 2–3 years of experience if they have a strong design portfolio and a willingness to learn.

Job Description:

The Digital Designer will be responsible for crafting promotional site assets and user-centric digital experiences. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including Ecommerce, Social Media/Content, Integrated Marketing, CRM/Loyalty, and senior digital leadership to execute high-impact creative that enhances the brand’s digital presence.

Responsibilities:

• Design innovative and visually compelling digital assets

• Maintain a consistent and brand-aligned aesthetic across digital channels

• Apply strong visual design principles, including typography, layout, and color use

• Collaborate across departments to maintain campaign consistency

• Balance multiple projects and meet deadlines with high-quality output

• Integrate user experience best practices in all designs

• Implement visual brand identity and tone in all executions

• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail

• React quickly to evolving business needs and project priorities

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in digital design, marketing, or advertising (flexible for talented juniors)

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field

• Strong online design portfolio

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of AfterEffects or Amplience is a plus

• E-commerce or retail experience is a bonus
