Job Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies and marketing initiatives. This role requires expertise in paid media, social media, content marketing strategies and performance analytics.


Accountabilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with appointed agency.
  • Oversee SEO & SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
  • Oversee CRM initiatives.
  • Manage content marketing efforts, including and social media.
  • Implement e-commerce and performance marketing strategies (if applicable).
  • Leverage 1st party data across campaigns
  • Bring Digital transformation and innovation strategy to the brands you’ll be working on
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, engagement).
  • Use Google Analytics, PowerBi & other tools to track performance.


Team & Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and partners.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, new technologies, and best practices.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data reporting tools.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English. Arabic is a plus.


Preferred:

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
