Job Summary:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies and marketing initiatives. This role requires expertise in paid media, social media, content marketing strategies and performance analytics.
Accountabilities
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with appointed agency.
- Oversee SEO & SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
- Oversee CRM initiatives.
- Manage content marketing efforts, including and social media.
- Implement e-commerce and performance marketing strategies (if applicable).
- Leverage 1st party data across campaigns
- Bring Digital transformation and innovation strategy to the brands you’ll be working on
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, engagement).
- Use Google Analytics, PowerBi & other tools to track performance.
Team & Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and partners.
- Stay updated with digital trends, new technologies, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- Knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data reporting tools.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English. Arabic is a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industries.
- Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
