Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital projects from kickoff to delivery
• Coordinate between designers, developers, marketers, and clients
• Create timelines, manage budgets, and ensure projects stay on track
• Communicate proactively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
• Identify risks and troubleshoot roadblocks before they become problems
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to boost efficiency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience in a digital/creative agency or similar environment
• Strong understanding of digital projects (websites, apps, branding, marketing campaigns)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
