Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and update products, descriptions, images, and pricing on the website.
  • Coordinate daily order processing, cancellations, and returns with the fulfillment team.
  • Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
  • Assist in implementing promotions, discount codes, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Respond to customer queries through live chat, WhatsApp, and email (if required).
  • Support in performance tracking (traffic, sales, conversion) using tools like Google Analytics or Shopify reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking updates.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or admin support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar CMS.
  • Basic understanding of order flows and inventory systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude — a fitness mindset is a bonus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
