Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a skilled Ecommerce Executive to become a part of our dynamic team based in Nazimabad, Karachi. This role is designed for a results-oriented individual with at least 1 year of experience specifically in handling eBay e-commerce accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing operations, boosting sales, and maintaining account health on the eBay platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of eBay accounts, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
• Enhance listing visibility to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze account metrics like sales trends, customer feedback, and overall account health.
• Ensure adherence to eBay’s marketplace policies and address any account issues, including disputes and policy violations.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to plan and implement effective promotional campaigns.
• Produce comprehensive reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and uncover areas for growth.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience managing eBay accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to derive insights from data.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
