Job Locations: Germantown – WI, full-time role with 5 days a week shift, M-TH (In-office in Germantown, Wisconsin), Friday (Remote).
Responsibilities:
- Boost Online Sales & Conversions: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive online sales, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value (AOV) to support our revenue goals.
- Website Management: Oversee daily website operations, ensuring seamless functionality, regular content updates, and brand-aligned messaging. Ensure website standards are maintained for accessibility, brand and design. Project management to ensure website projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
- Lead SEO Efforts: Take charge of comprehensive SEO efforts, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building, partnering with agencies to increase organic growth and search visibility.
- Content Updates & Campaigns: Responsible for the setup, management, and ongoing maintenance of specialized landing pages for promotional events, sales, giveaways, and other marketing campaigns. This includes ensuring that landing pages are optimized for both functionality and user experience, aligning with campaign goals, and making timely updates to reflect current promotions.
- Promotions & Discounts: Responsible for the setup, management, and maintenance of promotional codes across all teams and platforms. This includes ensuring promo codes are correctly implemented, tested for functionality, and regularly updated to align with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Website Optimization: Execute roadmap for page improvements to improve consumer experience, boost user engagement, lead generation, and overall user flow, working closely with cross-functional teams. Utilize UX expertise to take our user’s emotional and functional needs and translate them into an exceptional website experience driving conversion.
- A/B Testing & Personalization: Manage A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and personalization, ensuring a seamless, impactful website experience.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor website performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Present complex data clearly to guide data-driven decisions.
- CDP (Customer Data Platform) Execution & Segmentation: Own the daily operations within our CDP. Build and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, lifecycle stage, and other data inputs. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to activate these segments across channels for targeted campaigns, personalization, and journey orchestration.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Use CDP insights to map and optimize key customer journeys across digital touchpoints. Implement triggers and automation based on real-time data to drive engagement and retention.
- Data Quality & Governance: Maintain the integrity of data within the CDP by ensuring accurate tagging, segmentation logic, and data flow from various sources. Partner with analytics and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure data fidelity.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure all web content is accurate, visually correct, and functional across devices and browsers. Validation of procurement to purchase, ensuring consumers have a flawless payment experience.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, eCommerce, UX design, Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce management, UX, and/or website management with proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving conversion rates.
- 2+ years’ experience with SEO; with proven track record of driving organic growth and performance with deep understanding of technical SEO, on page-optimization and content strategies.
- Education or experience in UX design with proven results creating a frictionless shopping experience and conversion improvement.
- Project management experience
- Understanding of the technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, platform tools, localization, and budgeting.
- Strong analytics skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics ,GTM, and Tracking/Events
