EDI Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our electronic data interchange systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define EDI requirements, ensuring efficient and accurate data transmission between systems and trading partners.
• Develop and maintain EDI mapping documents, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless data integration.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, resolving issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted data flow.
• Stay updated on EDI standards and protocols, implementing best practices to enhance system performance.
• Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize EDI systems effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in EDI analysis or a related field, with a strong understanding of EDI systems and processes.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML; experience with EDI mapping and translation tools.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively across departments.
