Employer Branding

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Assist in designing and executing employer branding campaigns across digital platforms and on-ground activations. Support initiatives aimed at strengthening Company’s employer value proposition (EVP) through strategic collaborations, creative storytelling, and stakeholder engagement. Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver impactful branding activities and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

· Execute and manage employer branding campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital platforms, and on-ground events.

· Support the planning and execution of industry-academia linkage programs, fostering relationships with educational institutions to attract top talent.

· Assist in developing and coordinating content for employer branding initiatives, including video shoots, employee testimonials, and visual storytelling.

· Organize and manage participation in career fairs, industry events, and other talent outreach programs to enhance company’s employer brand visibility.

· Oversee the operational execution of branding materials, including designing and managing the production of promotional assets and merchandise.

· Ensure smooth coordination with vendors, creative agencies, and internal teams for seamless execution of employer branding deliverables.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

· BBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any relevant business field.

Experience:

· Experience in branding, marketing, or communications.

· Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

· Excellent communication and content development skills.

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and branding techniques.

· Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 per month
