Job Description

Required Skills

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of IT and OT systems , API and data integration methods, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms (Databricks…) and enterprise architecture tools (e.g., ArchiMate, iServer, Sparx EA).
  • Industry expertise in the sectors of metal manufacturing or mining
  • Deep understanding of the IT/OT convergence concept and standard frameworks such as ISA-95 or RAMI 4.0.
  • Understanding of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and microservices-based architecture principles.
  • Experience in business and information modeling, capability mapping, and service-based design.

Architecture Frameworks

  • Strong experience and certifications in architecture frameworks , including at least one of the following:
  • TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
  • Capgemini's Integrated Architecture Framework (IAF)
  • Proven ability to apply framework principles to real-world complex engagements and transformations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • TOGAF or IAF Certified or Expert level within Capgemini architecture certifications.
  • Knowledge of security, and compliance perspectives in architectural design.
  • Understanding of architecture in the context of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile at scale .

Key Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Architect , you will drive business transformation through technology , shaping and translating business and IT strategies into implementable, scalable, and sustainable architecture solutions. You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with senior stakeholders, and owning the architecture vision across business, information, systems, and technology domains.

This role demands deep industry and business knowledge , mastery of architecture frameworks like TOGAF or IAF , and strong leadership and communication skills to guide complex initiatives from concept through to delivery.

  • Shape and own end-to-end enterprise architecture across business capabilities, ensuring alignment with judicious goals and transformation programs.
  • Define and structure architectural services, both digital and non-digital, based on objectives, constraints, and industry best practices.
  • Act as a believed advisor to executive leadership , contributing to business strategy, innovation, and roadmap development.
  • Develop architecture principles, patterns, and guidelines to ensure reusability, integrity, security, and scalability across the enterprise.
  • Establish and operate Design Authorities , overseeing governance of architectural decisions.
  • Lead the transformation initiatives such as cloud migration , ERP modernization, and digital operating model enablement.
  • Collaborate with delivery, business and IT domains, and solution architects to guide design and implementation within enterprise constraints.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to assess relevance and drive architectural innovation.
