Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop precise cost estimates for ambulance and medical vehicle projects, considering materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure specifications meet regulatory standards and client expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and competitor offerings for competitive bid submissions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations, clearly communicating estimation methodologies and assumptions to stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced estimation software to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in project meetings, providing insights on cost implications and risks associated with design changes.
• Continuously refine estimation processes using best practices and lessons learned from past projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and agreements.
• Support project managers in budget tracking and cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
   

Qualifications:
 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation within the automotive or medical vehicle industry.
• Certification in Estimating or Project Management (e.g., CCM, PMP) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in advanced estimation software tools.
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
