Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and high-level functions
- Handle VIP guest arrangements including flight bookings, airport transfers, and 5-star hotel accommodations
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments
- Ensure all logistics and hospitality arrangements meet luxury standards
- Provide on-site support during events and handle last-minute changes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality (minimum 3 years)
- Must be fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
