Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and high-level functions
  • Handle VIP guest arrangements including flight bookings, airport transfers, and 5-star hotel accommodations
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal departments
  • Ensure all logistics and hospitality arrangements meet luxury standards
  • Provide on-site support during events and handle last-minute changes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality (minimum 3 years)
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
