Job Description

We have an open role for Position Title-
Event & Marketing Manager with a well-established Group in Bahrain.

The Event & Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events at the fine dining restaurant while developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's brand and attract clientele. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:Event Management:

  • Event Planning: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and plan events such as private dinners, corporate gatherings, weddings, and special occasions.
  • Coordination: Oversee all aspects of event execution, including venue setup, staffing, menu selection, and entertainment.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
  • Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for catering, décor, AV equipment, and other event-related services.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Gather client feedback and conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Marketing:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant’s fine dining experience, special events, and promotions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the restaurant’s social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with followers.
  • Content Creation: Design and distribute promotional materials, including flyers, email campaigns, and press releases.
  • Partnerships: Establish partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer preferences to tailor marketing efforts.

Customer Relations:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Guest Experience: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience during events.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively seek and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve services and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in event management and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or fine dining industry.
