Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Grow Export Sales:
  • Identify potential markets for rice exports and develop strategies to penetrate those markets. Generate sales leads, build relationships with distributors, and drive export sales growth.
  • Develop Export Strategies:
  • Create and execute export plans targeting international markets. Identify trends, assess the competitive landscape, and position products for success in target markets.
  • Negotiate Export Contracts:
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with overseas clients, distributors, and agents. Ensure that contracts align with company goals, ensuring profitability and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Export Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure all export shipments comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and relevant export documentation. Prepare all necessary paperwork including invoices, export licenses, bills of lading, and letters of credit.
  • Coordinate Export Logistics:
  • Work with logistics partners and freight forwarders to ensure the smooth movement of rice shipments across borders. Ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery while managing shipping schedules and resolving any logistical issues.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities:
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in rice demand, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Use this data to adjust export strategies and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Maintain Strong Customer Relationships:
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with international buyers, distributors, and agents. Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, solving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Provide accurate forecasts of export sales and shipments. Track performance against targets, analyze results, and provide detailed reports to management regarding progress and outcomes.
  • Represent the Company at International Trade Shows:
  • Attend global trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase our rice products, develop new business relationships, and understand market needs and opportunities.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
