Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and female candidate with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and present data in a clear and actionable manner. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with advanced Excel functions, formulas, dashboards, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage complex spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel features.
  • Perform data analysis, cleaning, and validation to ensure accuracy.
  • Use formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.
  • Support the team with regular and ad-hoc reporting tasks.
  • Present insights and trends based on data findings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in data entry, reporting, or operations roles with strong Excel use.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with MIS reporting or data management tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
