Job Title: Female Dental Assistant

Location: Zia Dental Care & Aesthetics, G-6, Mehran Excellency Apartment, Khayaban-e-Iqbal Service Road, Bath Island, Clifton, Karachi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Female Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during procedures, ensure patient comfort, maintain sterilization standards, and support the overall functioning of the dental clinic. She should be compassionate, organized, and committed to delivering the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including examinations, fillings, extractions, root canals, and surgeries.
• Prepare and organize dental instruments, materials, and equipment before procedures.
• Ensure proper sterilization and cleanliness of instruments and treatment areas according to infection control protocols.
• Take and process dental x-rays as directed by the dentist.
• Record patients’ medical histories, vital signs, and treatment plans.
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure stock levels are sufficient.
• Assist in front desk duties as needed, such as patient intake and billing support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience in a dental clinic is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization procedures, and patient care techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for patient record management.
• Professional, well-groomed, and empathetic personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
