Job Description
  • Stand at designated entrance and exit points to monitor and control access to the center.
  • Greet customers warmly and professionally at the entrance to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure a positive first impression of the center.
  • See off customers with a polite and friendly demeanor, thanking them for their visit and encouraging them to return.
  • Monitor and control access to the facility at the entrance and exit points.
  • Ensure no unauthorized person enters the facility.
  • Assist in crowd control during peak hours or events.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the center to monitor customer activities and identify potential security issues.
  • Ensure compliance with center rules and regulations by customers.
  • Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns to the Operations team immediately.
  • Act as the first responder during incidents, such as customer disputes, safety hazards, or emergencies.
  • Assist the Operations team in de-escalating situations involving difficult or unruly customers.
  • Provide support in medical emergencies by ensuring the affected area is clear and secure.
  • Assist the Operations team in managing hard-to-handle customers with professionalism and tact.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth flow of operations during busy periods.
  • Provide assistance in evacuations or emergency drills as needed.
  • Ensure all safety equipment and emergency exits are in working order and not obstructed.
  • Monitor and enforce policies to prevent prohibited items or actions in the center.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Management teams to enhance the overall customer experience and safety.
  • Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor/manager

  • Have Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.

Job Location: Fun City, 2nd floor, Giga Mall DHA Phase II, Islamabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
