As part of our expansion, we are hiring a motivated Field Recruiter to support our driver and delivery personnel recruitment in Sharjah.

Job Summary

The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery personnel and drivers across Sharjah. This role involves fieldwork, coordination with onboarding teams, and active engagement in recruitment campaigns in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified delivery drivers and riders through field campaigns, local networks, and community outreach.
• Conduct on-site interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Organize and participate in recruitment drives, open days, and local job fairs.
• Verify required documentation (e.g., valid UAE driving license, Emirates ID, visa status).
• Coordinate with operations and HR teams to manage onboarding and training schedules.
• Maintain an updated database of applicants and recruited drivers.
• Provide reports on recruitment progress and challenges to the recruitment manager.
• Ensure new hires meet company standards and comply with local regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in delivery/logistics or a high-volume hiring environment.
• Strong local knowledge of Sharjah and ability to travel within the emirate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Arabic and/or English).
• Ability to work independently in the field and meet weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
