Qualification:

-Finance Executive: Graduation in Finance/Accounting, pursuing or completed qualifications like CA (Foundation/CFAP), ACCA, or ICMA (Mid-level).

-Senior Finance Executive: MBA or similar post-graduate qualification in Finance/Accounting with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.

- Candidates with prior working experience in Finance, especially in a healthcare setting (hospitals), are preferred. Those with experience in a CA firm will have an added advantage.

Experience:

-Finance Executive: 2-3 years of working experience in a Finance Department, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.

-Senior Finance Executive: 3-5 years of experience in Finance, with a focus on financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and treasury functions.

Core Job Roles:

1. Strong practical knowledge in Accounting, Taxation, and Treasury management.

2. Financial Reporting experience, including knowledge of IFRS and IAS standards.

3. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

4. Management of day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting.

5. Assist in tax planning, tax compliance, and handling audits.

Skills:

1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

2. Hands-on experience in using ERP systems for financial data management (advantageous).

3. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

4. Ability to adapt to dynamic financial regulations and a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
