The financial Analyst will support the financial operations by analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, and aiding in strategic decision-making. The role requires a thorough understanding of financial principles and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Evaluate financial performance and identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance and assess the impact of various business scenarios.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy and clarity in financial reporting.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide insights on deviations from budgeted figures.
• Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Extract and analyze data from various financial systems.
• Compliance and Audits: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary financial information and support cross-functional projects. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business initiatives.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
