Job Title: Fit-Out Construction Manager

Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fit-Out Construction Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing high-quality fit-out works within the UAE, particularly in Abu Dhabi, and be capable of leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of fit-out construction projects, ensuring work is progressing according to approved schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors and site staff to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve site issues.
• Monitor project costs, procurement, and materials to stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety codes, and quality standards.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Schedule and attend meetings related to project progress, coordination, and planning.
• Lead the handover process, including snagging and final approvals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out project management or construction management.
• Proven experience with commercial, retail, and/or residential fit-out works.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
