We are seeking a skilled Fit-Out Estimator to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in fit-out estimation within the interior design or construction industry. Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects, including labor, materials, and other expenses.
• Review project plans, specifications, and documents to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors to gather pricing and project details.
• Analyze design options and offer value engineering solutions to optimize costs.
• Support procurement processes and ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Monitor and update project costings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular cost reports and recommend adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out estimation, preferably in the interior design or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s building codes and regulations is an advantage.
