Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Fleet Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle movements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the fleet operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle dispatch, allocation, and availability across all departments.
- Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel levels, and cleanliness standards.
- Schedule and follow up on routine maintenance, repairs, insurance, and registration renewals.
- Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle documents and fleet database.
- Track vehicle movement using GPS or tracking software and report any issues.
- Handle accident reports, breakdowns, and coordinate with the service center.
- Assist with vehicle procurement, replacements, and fleet expansions.
- Ensure all fleet operations follow company policy and government regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet or transport coordination (rent-a-car industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of vehicle operations, maintenance schedules, and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office and fleet tracking tools/software.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Car Rental Industry: 2 years (Required)
- Fleet Coordinator: 1 year (Required)
