Job Description
Job Summary: The Fleet Logistic Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a company's fleet of managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth transportation of goods or personnel.
Job Responsibility:
1. Plan and coordinate transportation routes for the fleet 2. Monitor tracking systems to ensure timely deliveries and pick-ups. 3. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the to ensure they are in optimal condition. 4. Communicate to provide necessary instructions and updates on schedules. 5. Work with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary parts and materials for the fleet. 6. Keep accurate records of maintenance, fuel usage, and overall fleet performance.

1. Proven experience in fleet management or a similar logistics role. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures. 5. Proficiency in using fleet management software and tracking systems. 6. A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
