Job Description
Responsibilities

As a Restaurant/F&B Supervisor , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee daily restaurant and F&B operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow.
    • Implement operational procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Train, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
    • Conduct regular team briefings and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
  • Inventory & Stock Management:
    • Monitor inventory levels, handle requisitions, and ensure accurate stock records.
    • Work with suppliers and the purchasing team to manage inventory effectively.
  • Compliance & Standards:
    • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular inspections to uphold the restaurant's cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Guest Relations:
    • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
    • Act as a point of contact for VIP and regular guests, fostering strong relationships.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination:
    • Collaborate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to deliver seamless service.
    • Facilitate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Utilize fluent Arabic and English communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of supervising restaurant or F&B operations, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership skills, expertise in inventory management, and a deep understanding of hygiene and safety standards are essential. Proficiency in Arabic and English communication is a must.
