Responsibilities
As a Restaurant/F&B Supervisor , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of supervising restaurant or F&B operations, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership skills, expertise in inventory management, and a deep understanding of hygiene and safety standards are essential. Proficiency in Arabic and English communication is a must.
As a Restaurant/F&B Supervisor , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant and F&B operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow.
- Implement operational procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Team Leadership:
- Train, motivate, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
- Inventory & Stock Management:
- Monitor inventory levels, handle requisitions, and ensure accurate stock records.
- Work with suppliers and the purchasing team to manage inventory effectively.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold the restaurant's cleanliness and operational standards.
- Guest Relations:
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for VIP and regular guests, fostering strong relationships.
- Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Collaborate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to deliver seamless service.
- Facilitate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Utilize fluent Arabic and English communication skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
