• Supervise the tendering of all operating lines within the area of responsibility, preventive and corrective maintenance activities as scheduled by Maintenance Planning, troubleshooting activities and the use and the withdrawal of materials /operating supplies.
• Implement the standard Operation Procedure & practice (SOPP), Standard maintenance Procedure & Practice (SMPP) and ensure that the maintenance philosophies, policies and interest are upheld and protected at all times.
• Prepares and evaluates the tools issued by the store to his subordinates.
• Prepares the daily Inspection Check list, Trouble Report Form and other necessary reports.
• Supervise his subordinates to troubleshoot and repairs of all the plant utilities such as PLCs, DC Drives, Control Panels and Motors etc. within the area of responsibility.
• Undertake to complete the maintenance task assigned and provide status feed back to the Shift Engineer.
• Report to Shift In charge all work activities carried out during shift duty prior to leaving site.

Inform Shift In charge in case breakdown more than 15 minutes
