1to1 Plans design studio is seeking an experienced Franchise and Vendor Partner Developer with 1 - 3 Years Of Experience. The candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of franchise partners and vendors, driving growth and profitability for our organization. Moreover, the candidate will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the successful onboarding and management of franchisees and vendors.

Responsibilities:
 

● Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners to expand our brand presence in targeted markets.

● Lead franchisee recruitment efforts, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and onboarding.

● Researching about potential companies and lead generation.

● Creating strategies for lead engagement and lead outreaches

● Engagement with potential leads/clients through different CRM softwares and LinkedIn

● Maintaining trackers for current leads

● Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational excellence.

● Develop and execute comprehensive vendor partner development

strategies to achieve multiple verticals in studio sales.

● Establish and maintain vendor partnerships globally.

● Skim each client’s floorplan and provide best use vendor connections for maximum commission based referrals.

Requirements:
 

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

● Proven track record of success in franchise development, vendor management, or related roles within the real estate industry.

● Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

● Ability to work late hours in order to take calls and texts timely.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
