Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and high-quality content for property listings, blogs, social media, website pages, and marketing materials.
• Develop SEO-optimized content to improve online visibility and lead generation.
• Write clear, persuasive, and informative descriptions of luxury properties, investment opportunities, and real estate trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content strategies.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and incorporate them into content strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience in SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing is a plus.
• Ability to write engaging and persuasive content tailored to different audiences.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
