Hey there! We're on the lookout for a talented Strategy Planning and Performance Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. If you've got 5-7 years of experience in travel, accommodation, or tourism, and you're based in the UAE, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Co-create and implement strategic plans to boost our business.
• Analyze market trends and spot growth opportunities.
• Work with different departments to make sure we're all on the same page.
• Keep an eye on how our execution plans are doing and tweak them as needed.
• Share insights and recommendations based on data.

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7 years of experience in strategy planning and performance, especially in travel, accommodation, or tourism.
• A proven track record of successful strategic planning and performance improvement.
• Strong data, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication and people skills.
• Preferably based in the UAE.
