Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for software projects.
• Translate business needs into user stories, wireframes, or product specs for dev teams.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle — from initiation to deployment and post-release updates.
• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate across backend, frontend, mobile, and QA teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, feature roadmap, and change requests.
• Act as a point of contact for client communication, demos, and reporting.
• Track KPIs, project risks, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with stakeholders before project sign-offs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical BA in software teams.
• Familiarity with full stack technologies (e.g., .NET, Node.js, Flutter, React, Angular).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
• Experience in creating SRS documents, flowcharts, or prototypes.
• Excellent communication, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to break down technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

• Experience working with startups or cross-functional product teams.
• Exposure to QA processes, CI/CD cycles, or DevOps culture.
• Familiarity with UX principles and collaboration with design teams.
• Basic understanding of databases and API architecture.
• Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Ownership is a plus.
