Supply chain Manager- Role OverviewYou will own the end-to-end sourcing and supply chain operations for an upcoming apparel brand &mdash;ensuring timely, cost-effective, and ethically aligned procurement from certified suppliers across China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Turkey, Morocco and other strategic regions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Sourcing &amp; VettingIdentify and onboard certified textile and apparel manufacturers aligned with wellness and sustainability standardsEvaluate supplier capabilities, certifications (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS), and compliance documentationProcurement &amp; RFQ ManagementLead RFQ processes, negotiate MOQs, pricing, lead times, and sampling termsConsolidate cost estimations across product categories and packaging formatsProduction &amp; Timeline OversightManage production calendars, sampling cycles, and delivery milestonesTrack supplier responsiveness and escalate delays proactivelyLogistics &amp; Customs CoordinationOversee international shipping, customs clearance, and import documentationLiaise with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure smooth deliveryData &amp; Compliance ManagementMaintain supplier trackers, certification logs, and cost matricesEnsure all sourcing decisions align with brand's ethical and operational frameworks Qualifications8 to 10 + years in textile or retail apparel sourcing, preferably with China/Hong Kong/Vietnam exposureProven experience in RFQs, MOQ negotiation, cost estimation, and supplier onboardingStrong understanding of certification standards (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, WRAP)Familiarity with customs, freight, and international logistics workflowsDetail-oriented with excellent spreadsheet and documentation skillsEmotionally intelligent communicator with a collaborative mindsetBonus TraitsExperience in sustainable or wellness-aligned brandsContacts in the China &amp; Far east, AMEA marketsPassion for ethical sourcing and deep understanding of compliance standardsJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>10 + years in textile or retail apparel sourcing, preferably with China/Hong Kong/Vietnam exposure</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Supply chain: 8 years (Required)</li><li>Import : 7 years (Required)</li><li>export : 7 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
