Position Overview:
Turn Up Technologies is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at the Karachi Development Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs for a wide range of digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media content, website graphics, and branding assets. This role requires a strong design sensibility, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to translate client needs into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Revise and refine designs based on internal and client feedback.
• Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all design projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare files for both digital and print production.
• Maintain and organize design assets and project files.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience designing for both print and digital media.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation tools (After Effects or similar) is a bonus.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and creating visual identities.
