Role Summary:

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing growth marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role requires expertise in identifying growth opportunities, running experiments, analyzing data, and scaling successful marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will be agile, analytical, and experienced in growing a B2B, B2C, or SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop, execute, and refine a data-driven growth marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Digital Channel Optimization: Manage and optimize multiple digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, affiliate partnerships) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Marketing Funnel Management: Own the full marketing funnel, optimizing each stage from awareness to conversion, using a combination of inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure, report, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Present findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to identify high-impact growth opportunities. Scale successful campaigns and strategies.
  • Content Development: Work with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content aligned with the growth strategy, including blogs, landing pages, social media, and ad copy.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement retention strategies, such as lifecycle emails, upsell campaigns, and loyalty programs, to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Partner with the product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with company goals and enhance the user experience.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tactics to ensure the brand stays competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B, B2C, or SaaS environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with marketing analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar. Ability to make data-driven decisions and interpret metrics.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of growth hacking techniques, A/B testing, SEO, PPC, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box, identify new growth opportunities, and creatively solve marketing challenges.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
