Attends work on time as scheduled.
- Follows hotel standards regarding personal hygiene.
- Minimizes dangers by following all safety rules and regulations.
- Maximizes room sales and revenue for the hotel.
- Reviews the VIP list on daily basis with the front Office Manager.
- Checks the daily reports for special VIP arrangements.
- Advises the Front Office Manager of the forthcoming visits of special VIPs.
- Checks daily VIPs list of arrivals to select guests to whom a daily follow up is needed.
- Ensures that the previous day’s cancellations of no-show courtesies are removed from rooms.
- Checks amenities before sending them to the VIP rooms in terms of quantity, quality and presentation.
- Ensures that VIP rooms are inspected well before guest arrivals. This includes the overall cleanliness, proper functioning, VIP set-up and turn down services.
- Reviews all preparations relating to VIP arrivals (assigning rooms, pre-registration and General Manager’s card courtesies).
- Greets and escorts VIPs to the rooms.
- Is aware of department’s expenses.
- Supervises the maintenance of the guest history files.
- Provides value added service to customers by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
- Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting co-workers as needed.
- Practices ‘Yes I Can’ attitude
Requirements
. Minimum 3/ 4 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel.
- Natural / Smiling attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
- Good command of English Language
- Possess a pleasing personality.
- Age – 25 to 35 Years
. Gender - Female
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
- Guest relation oriented.
- Possess strong multitasking skills.
Salary QAR.3000 / - + Accommodation + Meals + Transportation
