We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Service Agents and Ride Attendants to join our team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a memorable and safe experience for our young guests and their families. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating rides safely, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and enjoyment of our children's park.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Service:
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Provide accurate information about park attractions, events, and services.
• Assist guests with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Handle ticket sales, wristband distribution, and other point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized guest service area.
• Ride Operation:
• Operate rides safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure that all riders meet height and weight requirements and are properly secured.
• Monitor ride activity and respond to any emergencies or safety concerns.
• Perform routine safety checks and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• General Park Duties:
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the park, including ride areas, walkways, and restrooms.
• Assist with park set-up and tear-down for special events.
• Provide first aid assistance as needed (training provided).
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth park operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience working in a children's park or similar amusement park environment.
• Preference: Prior experience working specifically at a children's park is highly preferred.
