We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Mechanic to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle makes and models. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing efficient and accurate repairs, a strong understanding of automotive systems, and at least 3-4 years of experience working as an Auto Mechanic in the GCC region.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.</li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning systems.</li><li>Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify problems.</li><li>Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.</li><li>Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor hours.</li><li>Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding diagnoses and repair options.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li><li>Inspect vehicles for damage and safety concerns.</li><li>Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new vehicles (if applicable).</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Completion of a recognized automotive mechanic apprenticeship or vocational training program is preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic in the GCC region is REQUIRED.</li><li>Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.</li><li>Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Valid driver's license.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.</li><li>Knowledge of GCC vehicle regulations and standards is a plus.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Diagnostics</li><li>Engine Repair</li><li>Transmission Repair</li><li>Brake Systems</li><li>Suspension Systems</li><li>Electrical Systems</li><li>Air Conditioning Systems</li><li>Welding (Optional)</li><li>Preventative Maintenance</li><li>Customer Service</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
