Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Speaker Manager to join our team. The Guest Speaker Manager will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing guest speakers for our various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts in the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing guest speakers for events and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and maintain a database of potential guest speakers for various media properties.
- Develop relationships with industry professionals and organizations to secure high-profile guest speakers.
- Negotiate contracts and fees with guest speakers.
- Ensure all guest speakers have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for guest speakers.
- Provide support and assistance to guest speakers during events and programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the guest speaker's message aligns with the overall objectives of the event or program.
- Manage budget and expenses related to guest speaker management.
- Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of guest speakers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest speaker management.
- Strong network of industry contacts.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
