 Human Resources Operations
 
 
 
 Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
 
 
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal data, contracts, attendance, leaves, and benefits).
 
 
 Support recruitment activities, including filling out official forms, job postings, communication, and onboarding processes.
 
 
 Ensure proper archiving and filing of HR documents.
 
 
 
 Payroll &amp; Compensation
 
 
 
 Assist in salary sheet preparation and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
 
 
 Coordinate with other departments to collect employee attendance data promptly.
 
 
 Prepare monthly payroll documentation.
 
 
 Liaise with finance/accounts for payroll-related reports and reconciliations.
 
 
 
 Compliance &amp; Documentation
 
 
 
 Assist with visa, residency, and labor-related documentation.
 
 
 Prepare HR reports and official correspondence.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 
 
 3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in an HR role.
 
 
 Strong experience in payroll processing.
 
 
 Prior experience in a medium-sized organization (100+ employees).
 
 
 Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is highly preferred.
 
 
 Must hold a valid working visa in Qatar.
 
 
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems (Odoo).
 
 
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 
 
 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
 
 
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 
 
 Available to start immediately.

HR Assistant

We are seeking a skilled three (3) Digital Printing &amp; CNC Machine Operators&nbsp;to operate and maintain OKI Eco Solvent, HP Latex 800, Mimaki Eco-Solvent, Mimaki UV printers, and CNC cutting/engraving machines. The operator will be responsible for producing high-quality prints and precision CNC outputs while ensuring efficient workflow, safety, and minimal material waste.&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Printing Operations<ul><li>Operate OKI Eco-Solvent, HP Latex 800, Mimaki Eco-Solvent, and Mimaki UV printers</li><li>Perform color calibration, profiling, and quality checks</li><li>Load and manage print media (vinyl, banner, paper, backlit film, rigid boards)</li><li>Monitor print jobs to ensure color accuracy and production efficiency</li><li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly printer maintenance</li><li>Troubleshoot print quality issues and minor mechanical faults</li></ul>CNC Machine Operations<ul><li>Operate CNC router / cutting / engraving machines</li><li>Select proper cutting tools and machine settings</li><li>Ensure precise cutting, engraving, and finishing</li><li>Maintain CNC tools and ensure machine cleanliness</li></ul>Quality Control &amp; Production<ul><li>Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards</li><li>Minimize material waste and optimize machine usage</li><li>Coordinate with design and production teams</li></ul>Health, Safety &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Follow workplace safety and machine operation guidelines</li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas</li><li>Report machine issues and assist with preventive maintenance</li><li>Handle inks, solvents, and materials safely</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience operating Eco-Solvent, Latex, UV printers, and CNC machines</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of HP Latex 800&nbsp;and Mimaki printers</li><li>Basic knowledge of color management and print finishing</li><li>Ability to read and work with technical drawings and CNC files</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>Attention to detail and quality standards</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>&nbsp;Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Certification or training in digital printing or CNC operations</li><li>Experience in large-format printing</li><li>Knowledge of lamination, mounting, and finishing processes</li><li>Basic mechanical or electrical maintenance skills</li></ul>&nbsp;Work Environment<ul><li>Print production facility</li><li>Standing for long periods and handling large materials</li></ul>
