We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative and coordination activities within the department. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department</li><li>Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining corporate documentation and records</li><li>Support basic finance-related processes (LPOs, invoices, tracking, and filing)</li><li>Proposals reviewing and submission </li><li>Lead company official communications</li><li>Ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to internal procedures</li><li>Support reporting and data tracking as required</li><li>Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders when needed</li><li>Assist the department in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Provide general coordination and team support as assigned</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Previous related experience in an administrative or support role</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Basic understanding of corporate procedures, finance, procurement and documentation processes</li><li>Experience in tender participation (proposals submission) is a strong advantage</li><li>Result-oriented with strong attention to the details</li><li>Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes</li><li>Reliable and responsible</li><li>Strong team player with a collaborative mindset</li><li>Able to work under timelines, pressure, and in a fast-moving environment</li><li>Pleasant and professional personality</li></ul>
