Work as an SSE for GW ClaimCenter Configuration and GW Integrations. The candidate would work as an individual contributor as well as a lead for the team that analyzes requirements, analyze incident/ defects/ problems to identify root cause, works on new enhancements, projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work on enhancements, projects, and production support.
• Analyze requirements, incidents, defects, and problems to identify root causes.
• Develop and configure Guidewire ClaimCenter and integrations.
• Lead and contribute as an individual contributor within the team.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and quality analysts.
• Communicate effectively with offshore/onsite teams and stakeholders.
• Provide status reporting to all stakeholders at regular intervals.
• Apply best practices in data warehouse ETL design and development.
• Utilize Agile Scrum methodology and work within a Global Delivery Model.

Requirements:

• Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and Guidewire Integrations experience of a minimum 4 years as a developer.
• Good understanding of claims FNOL and claim handling process.
• Good understanding of third-party/ vendor integrations.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Should have worked in the Global Delivery Model.
• Experience in Data models.
• Driven the scrum team for success.

Good To Have:

• Knowledge of Agile Manager or related Agile Scrum tools.
• Guidewire Certification in ClaimCenter.
