We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance processes and hands-on experience with Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) on any policy product and would have worked on UI, UW rules, Forms, Rating, and product model to meet our customers&rsquo; business needs and application requirements.</p><p></p><p><br>

Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Guidewire implementations with a good understanding of the Personal or Commercial line of business.</li><li>
Has a thorough understanding of ISO/NCCI/Bureau and Commercial products.</li><li>
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate configuration and integration.</li><li>
Has to provide a pre-construction walkthrough to the development and QA teams.</li><li>
Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Guidewire capabilities.</li><li>
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate system functionality against requirements.</li><li>
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.</li><li>
Maintain documentation for workflows, rules, and integration points.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and organisational standards.</li><li>
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Will own BA deliverables.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
3+years of experience as a Business Analyst and 2+ years of experience on Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).</li><li>
Has good functional understanding of GW OOTB products.</li><li>
Experience in the insurance domain (Property &amp; Casualty preferred).</li><li>
Has worked on at least 3 of the following areas during policy admin system implementation &ndash; UI, UW issues, Rating, Forms, Product Model.</li><li>
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.</li><li>
Experience with API integrations and third-party systems.</li><li>
Exposure to rating engines, underwriting workflows, and claims processes.</li><li>
Leverage Generative AI to automate the creation of requirement documents and user stories, generating test scenarios and synthetic data for UAT.</li><li>
Summarise complex workflows and produce AI-driven insights for process optimisation.</li><li>
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Good To Have:
</b><br>
Candidates with these additional skills on their resumes have an added advantage when their profiles are being assessed. Some of them are as follows:</p><ul><li>
AINS certification or any other equivalent certification.</li><li>
Guidewire Associate Certification in the last version i.e. Las Lenas.</li></ul><br>
