
Lead and grow the sales division of a real estate development or brokerage in Dubai, delivering strong revenue growth, high-value deal closures, and fostering a high-performance sales team.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales Strategy & Planning:
Formulate and execute strategic business plans to hit revenue targets and expand market share. Analyze market trends (primary/off‑plan vs. secondary) and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
· Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting targets and conducting reviews. Monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and drive continuous performance improvement.
· Sales Operations & Process Oversight:
Oversee lead generation, CRM management, and sales pipeline processes. Ensure full compliance with RERA and company policy in documentation and deal execution.
· Deal Negotiation & Closure:
Personally engage in negotiating and closing high-ticket transactions (off‑plan and/or secondary market). Coordinate with developers, brokers, and key stakeholders to secure property inventory.
· Client & Channel Management:
Build and maintain relationships with HNW clients, brokers, and channel partners. Develop and manage channel-partner agreements to broaden reach.
· Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management. Provide regular updates on KPIs, pipeline status, and growth initiatives.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Real Estate in UAE: 4 years (Preferred)
